Q. How much is it going to cost?
A.

Pay shipping which is roughly equivalent to our Package sizes.

 

Large = USD $70.00

Medium = USD $37.00

Small = USD $20.50


Order-USA service charge is USD $10.00 + 10% of the total USD value of the item including shipping costs from the supplier. These are charges of Order-USA.com and are separate from the charges for the item that the online store or USA supplier charge including shipping to US warehouse.

 

Custom sized boxes are priced individually but might delay processing of the order.

From the time that the item is received in our warehouse:


4-6 Weeks for Metro Manila deliveries
6-8 Weeks for Provincial deliveries

Your Order-USA account has to be pre-funded and the replenishment of this account is done by depositing to the following account:

A. Yes, you can order multiple items in one order for as long as it is from the same online store or supplier.

A. Yes, you can order items from ebay. If there is no "buy now" price, we can bid for you your maximum bid only once.

Q. Will my ordered items be delivered in it's original packaging?
A. Orders will be shipped in its original packaging from your suppliers. Order-USA reserves the right to open and inspect all orders delivered to their warehouses to make sure that no package contains any prohibited goods. This applies to both regular orders and drop ship packages.

Q. Are there Refunds or Warranties for the items ordered?
A.

Order-USA does not offer any refunds or warranties of its own, furthermore buyers are responsible for the shipping cost back to the US if they want to avail of the supplier's warranty

 

Items you buy abroad may be subject to warranty but Order-USA is not responsible for items not being functional when delivered.

Q. How can I get a refund on my unused funds?
A.

You may cash out unused funds anytime in two (2) ways:

 

1. Call our customer representative

2. Go online and follow procedure in cashing out.

 

Either action will trigger a check being made to your registered name which will be mailed to your registered address or which you can pick-up at our offices.
