Terms and Conditions

All confirmed orders in Forex Online Shopping are subject to Terms and Conditions below. The general categories of these terms and conditions are the Shipping, Charges and Delivery conditions.

Shipping and Order Conditions
Forex Online Shopping reserves the right to refuse confirmed orders that will fall under the following categories or items:

1. Currencies
2. Checks
3. Money orders
4. Travellers’ checks
5. Precious Metals
6. Precious Stones (e.g. Diamonds, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald)
7. Jewelry
8. Watches
9. Firearms
10. Ammunition
11. Gun parts and accessories (e.g. Reloaders)
12. Toy Guns
13. Explosives
14. Drugs and other prohibited substances
15. Lewd, obscene and pornographic materials
16. Perishables
17. Gambling paraphernalia
18. Industrial carbons
19. Combustible materials
20. Hazardous materials
21. Goods of commercial quantities
22. Large electronics and appliances
23. Big Car Parts
24. Tires / Wheels and Mags

Forexworld reserves the right to open and inspect all orders delivered to their warehouses to make sure that no package contains any of the above items. This applies to both regular orders and drop ship packages.

Orders that are customer approved but without enough funds will not be processed. In cases where in a customer approves several orders but his funds can only cover part of the orders, Forexworld reserves the right to process the orders that can be covered by his/her funds in whatever sequence the company see fit.
The following are sample order sequence that can be employed by Forexworld:

1. Chronological order
   • Meaning the first order that was confirmed that can be covered by the funds.
2. Smallest to highest order
   • Meaning the sequence will be based upon the price of smallest order that can be covered by the customer funds to the highest price the funds can cover.
3. Highest to smallest order
   • Meaning the sequence will be based upon the highest price of the order that can be covered by the customer funds to the smallest price.

Charges Conditions
All orders processed by Forexworld will be given standard charges which include but are not limited to the following:

1. Shipping Fee
   • Based on the box size of the order

   For your reference, below is a guide as to the prices of our available box:

   Any box smaller than the bulilit		$25.00

   Box size charges are provisional and will only be finalized upon the delivery of the order by the supplier to the Forexworld US Warehouse. Forexworld will adjust the box size shipping fee based on the actual box size of the product.

   • Orders that require additional payment will not be released / delivered to the customer until there are enough funds in the customer’s account.
   • Forexworld also accepts custom sized boxes. Delivery charges for these types of boxes will be determined by the CSR on a per order basis.

2. Service Fee
   • For Online Shop orders the following will be the service fee:
   • Forexworld charges 5% of the total value of the item/s as service fee or administrator fee. These are charges of Forex Online Shopping and are separate from the charges of the item that the online store or USA supplier charge including shipping to the US warehouse.
     Note: Please be reminded that an increase in the service fee will be effective, November 1, 2011.
   • For Drop Ship orders, the following will be the service fee:
   • There will be no fee for drop-shipped items since you, the customer, did the ordering on your own
3. Storage Fee
   • Forexworld can collect your orders/packages for you for up to 30 days.   If we do not ship by then, we charge a storage fee of $10 per month until your box is shipped.
   • The holding fee computation will be on a Per month basis unless special arrangements are made with Forexworld.

Delivery Conditions
The following are the Delivery Conditions of Forexworld applicable to all products:

1. Orders once delivered by the supplier will be inspected by the US Warehouse Man by simply looking at the condition of the box and determining whether or not he will receive it. The US Warehouse Man can refuse acceptance of an order as he deems fit.
2. It is the US Warehouse Man’s discretion if he will open the delivered box to check for prohibited or non-acceptable items for shipping. See Shipping and Order Conditions section of this chapter.
3. Products with defects caused by supplier manufacturing will be considered for warranty processing depending on the terms and conditions of the supplier. Forexworld will process the product for warranty processing. Standard shipping fees will apply.
4. Delivery of customer orders has approximately the following delivery periods from our US Warehouse to Metro Manila via ocean cargo:
   • Four (4) to Five (5) weeks for Metro Manila addresses
   • Six (6) to Eight (8) weeks for Provincial addresses
5. Orders that are tagged as for Pick Up at the Forexworld office that are not picked up for a standard period of time will be candidates for disposal by Forexworld.
   • Before disposing the order, the company’s CSR will contact or attempt to contact the customer who ordered the product and inform them of the actions that the company will undertake regarding their order.
   • The standard length of time an order will be stored by Forexworld is thirty (30) days or one (1) month. If the customer desires to extend this period (e.g. if the customer is in abroad and cannot pick up his / her order, nor ask someone to pick it up for him in his/her stead.), a storage fee will be charge on a per month basis.

This table lists all the standard products for shipping that the customers can order through the Forexworld website. Take note that products that can be ordered in Forexworld are not limited to this list.
